doTERRA Breathe

doTERRA’s Breathe Essential Oil Blend – Antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, expectorant, cell and tissue repair, asthma relief; using Breathe can give relief from colds, bronchitis, sore throats, sinusitis, coughs and respiratory congestion. Decongests sinus passages, combats lung infections and relieves allergy symptoms.

I am happy to introduce to you BREATHE by doTERRA. If you were to own ONE essential oil blend this would be the one. I know so many people who cringe when they are sick enough to use vapor rub. Eucalyptus is a very powerful and potent smelling oil. You love it or hate it along with Peppermint. doTERRA's BREATHE blend is a proprietary blend including laurel leaf, peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree, lemon and ravensara. Laurel Leaf and Ravensara soften the camphorous aroma of the eucalyptus and peppermint oil. They offer spicy and fruity notes making this blend more appealing.

My sample arrived just when my allergies were at their worst. I add a few drops to coconut oil and apply it to my chest and my cheek bones, making sure it doesn't touch my eyes or nose. I immediately feel relief as my sinus passages open and I can breath clearly. I have taken to applying to itchy bug bites for relief.

During the fall I will be mixing a new batch of vapor rub with this blend instead of my past blend found here.
